Applicant Requirements

Candidates applying for the IT website position at OKVIP must meet the following criteria:

Open to both male and female applicants, preferably between the ages of 20 and 30.
A bachelor’s or associate degree in Information Technology is required. Equivalent certifications or knowledge in related fields are also acceptable.
Must be knowledgeable in OOP, MVC, Restful API, and Design Patterns.
For .NET development: Experience with .NET Framework or .NET Core (C#, WPF MVVM, MVC, or Web API) is necessary.
For JavaScript development: Practical experience in NodeJS, Angular/NodeJS/ReactJS, or AngularJS is required. Proficiency in database design using SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB is also expected.
Familiarity with HTML5, JavaScript, ES6, and CSS3 is essential.
At least one year of hands-on experience in Backend (NodeJS or .NET) or Frontend (ReactJS or Angular) development is required.

Additional Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

If successful in the interview process, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities as part of the OKVIP Alliance:

Building and developing systems for the company.
Frontend Developer Role: Responsible for writing and maintaining functional modules on the user interface, ensuring an optimal user experience on the website.
Backend Developer Role: Focuses on creating and maintaining functional modules in the backend, managing APIs for effective communication between the frontend and the system’s data.

Work Environment, Salary, and Benefits at OKVIP

OKVIP’s work policies are structured and clear. Employees who adhere to these policies will receive exceptional benefits from the company.

Working Hours:

The IT website team will work at OKVIP’s facility in Cambodia, near the Moc Bai border with Vietnam.
The working hours are 9.5 hours per day, split into two shifts.
There will be a 2-hour break between shifts for meals and rest.
Employees are entitled to four self-scheduled days off per month, which must be reported to management.
After every six months of work, employees are granted 15 vacation days. If vacation days are not taken and the employee continues to work, they will receive their regular salary plus a 10 million VND bonus.

Salary:

As mentioned earlier, IT website staff at OKVIP receive a very competitive salary.

Probation period (2 months): 40 million VND per month.
Official salary: 60 million VND per month.
Starting from the second year, the salary increases by 10 million VND annually, which is distributed evenly throughout the year.
